Shipping Policy

We deliver throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners.
Delivery Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
With any shipment outside of Gauteng, there might be some additional shipping charges. We will contact you personally to confirm and arrange any adjustments before dispatching your order.
Order Tracking:
You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking within 3 working days, please contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:
The item is unused and in its original condition
All original packaging is intact
Proof of purchase is provided

Exchanges:
